Rough Cut Auction     30th Aug 2009

Today I scooted down to Edinburgh for the close of the Rough Cut Nation Show at the Portrait Gallery and the auction of all the work created.

Unlike your average art sale, absolutely everything was auctioned off, from posters, to café furniture, sketches and even the gallery walls themselves! Uniquely, bidders bought giant sections of the floor to ceiling artwork which was painted onto the canvas lined walls of the gallery.
