It's been a little quiet here of late.

Why?

Because I've been working furiously night and day to finish my book.

Yes, My Book!

In January I signed a book deal with the amazing Art and Design publishers, Laurence King.

"Secret Garden, an inky treasure hunt"

100 pages of black and white, delicately penned botanicals to colour, embellish or complete.

6 months

107 fineliners

an 8 hour FTP upload

and the odd tear later...

...The book was finally complete!

It has been a mammoth task.

Juggling commission work whilst creating the book was a time management challenge of epic proportions.

Panic is a great motivator.

The chaos has now subsided and some degree of inky normality has been restored to the studio.

The book will be out in Spring 2013 both in the UK and further afield.

I expect I may mention it nearer the time...!
