Debut Fashion Collection at Indigo, Premiere Vision     15th Jun 2008

I will be launching my first Fashion Textiles Collection, “Black and White | White and Black” at Indigo, Premiere Vision held at Parc des Expositions Nord Villepinte, Paris from 23^rd to 26^th September.

My debut fashion collection comprises inky, hand-drawn illustrations and digitized doodles in stripped-back monochrome, evoking a darkly inspired world of print and pattern, an edgy uprising in the world of textiles.

Forget twee florals and predictable colour palettes, Johanna Basford Fashion Prints are all about breaking the preconceived rules of textile design and offering the industry a gritty, contemporary alternative.
