Please be aware that your monitor settings can effect colours, therefore the images on this site should be used as a guide only.
Inks are blended by hand on the day of printing. It is therefore vital that you order enough wallpaper to complete the job, if you think you may make a few mistakes when hanging, order more than you need - better to be safe than sorry.
Johanna Basford accepts payment by BACS bank transfer or cheque. To pay by BACS please contact the studio for transfer details. Please be sure to include your phone number as for security reasons we do not send bank details via e-mail. Cheques should be made payable to Johanna Basford and sent to the studio. Goods are only dispatched after payment has been received in full.
Goods are shipped with Parcelforce 48. Should you require special shipping or insurance arrangements, please contact the studio to arrange. Goods damaged in the post are the sole responsibility of Parcelforce.
Wallpapers are made to order, therefore there is a 2-6 week lead time. Slight differences in ink application and patterning are intrinsic to hand printing and should be treasured.
As goods are made to order, we do not offer refunds unless faulty. If this is the case, please return the faulty item to the stockist from which you made the purchase. If you bought direct from us, please contact the studio immediately, stating the fault and the details of your purchase.
Hanging specialist wallpapers is a job for the professionals. Please ensure you read the hanging instructions provided thoroughly and take note of the points on returning faulty papers.
