*UPDATE* Christmas Colours FAQ!

Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes! Just select £GBP as your currency, then you will have the option to select PayPal. If you use a different currency, use an online converter like Google’s Finance Converter to work out roughly how much your donation translates to in £GBP.

I’ve donated but I didn’t receive the download link?
You will automatically receive a thank you email from Just Giving to the email address you used when making your donation. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find in. About half way down this email is a bit.ly link. Click on this and it will redirect you to a hidden page on my website from which the PDF will start to load. This takes a bit of time as the files are print quality and therefore big.

 

I got a thank you email but no link?

If your email says,

“A word from Mary’s Meals Very many thanks for your kind donation towards the work of Mary’s Meals…”

You have donated directly to Mary’s Meals and not to the Christmas Colours project. What has likely happened is that you clicked on the Mary’s Meals logo on my Just Giving page and it took you through to their page and you donated there instead. Not a problem though! Just forward me your Thank You email from them to [email protected] and I’ll send you the link.

My computer won’t let me open the bit.ly link! Help?!

Some computers will block bit.ly links for security concerns. Just right click the link, choose ‘save link as’ from the drop down menu and then check your download folder. It should be there.

Still having trouble? Forward me your Thank You email to [email protected] and I’ll ping you back the link.

 

How long will this project run for?

You have until 12 noon on Christmas Eve (UK time!) to donate and download the artwork. After that we’ll close the project and the artwork will no longer be available. If you have donated, make sure you save the files if you want to keep them! We’ll announce the final amount raised on Christmas Eve. Jx
