Designer Charity Baubles

My lovely friend Tamsin at Studio Seed, maker of amongst other things these blooming wonderful personalised paper cut Christmas baubles, has put together a fab wee project in aid of NSPCC.

She invited a dozen designers and makers to create a unique Christmas bauble. A bare glass ornament was mailed to each of us, then we were left to our own devices to embellish and fill.

The result is a collection of 13 unique Christmas decorations that Tamsin is putting up for grabs in a charity prize draw.

Want one? Just visit the Designer Charity Baubles Justgiving Page and donate in increments of £5. Each £5 equals a virtual name in the hat. You can enter as many times as you like and can either nominate which bauble you’d like to win or just leave it to pot luck and the number generator will randomly assign you to a draw.

Winners will be pulled from the digital hat on Tuesday 17th December.

Full details on the project available here.

I’ve got my eye on the Rob Ryan papercut and Tamsin’s sparkly little number. My own contribution features some hand drawn winter florals (naturally) penned with a white opaque X-ray marker and a sprinkling of silver stars within.

Good luck!
